What is Drawdown?

Drawdown is the drop from equity peak to trough. It shows how painful a losing period was for an account or strategy.

Drawdown is the decline from a peak in equity to a later trough, usually shown as a percent. It measures how deep a losing streak or open loss became.

When you follow multiple Channels, overlapping Signals can stack risk and deepen drawdown even if each Signal alone looked fine.

Evaluate Channels with drawdown in mind: prefer providers who update Progress Actions and whose stop distances you can size within a fixed risk percent.
