What is Signal?

On PipAlert, a Signal is a Message that publishes a trade setup on a Channel: pair, order type, entry, stop loss, and take-profit levels. Signal Status (pending, active, profit, or loss) is derived from order type and Progress Actions—not a separate color control.

Market BUY/SELL Signals start active. Limit and stop-family orders start pending until the first non-terminal Progress Action. Audience chooses whether free Subscribers, paid Subscribers, or both see the Signal.

Unlike a casual tip in a chat group, PipAlert Signals are structured so Subscribers can compare setups and follow updates as the trade progresses.
