What is Wave equality?
Wave equality is the tendency for related legs (such as wave 5 vs wave 1, or Y vs W) to match in length.
Wave equality is a guideline that related legs often match in length—wave 5 equal to wave 1, or wave Y equal to wave W—rather than a hard Elliott rule.
Providers use equality as a first take-profit idea, then layer Fibonacci extensions if price keeps running. PipAlert still needs explicit tp levels on the Signal.
Equality fails often enough that Subscribers should treat it as a plan B target, not a reason to hold without a stop.
