What is Announcement?
An Announcement is a non-Signal Channel Message such as rules or commentary, still scoped by Audience.
An Announcement is a Channel Message that is not a trade Signal—updates, rules, or commentary from the Signal Provider or a Channel admin.
Announcements still use Audience: they can go to free Subscribers, paid Subscribers, or both. They do not create Signal Status.
Pinned Messages can keep an Announcement findable on the Channel so Subscribers see house rules or disclaimers.
