Glossary
What is Trend channel?
A trend channel is parallel chart lines guiding swings—not the same thing as a PipAlert Channel.
A trend channel (price channel) is a pair of parallel lines containing swings—distinct from a PipAlert Channel (the product place where Signals publish).
Elliott guidelines often use channels to estimate wave 4 support/resistance or wave 5 targets. Breakouts and retests are common confirmation tactics.
If commentary says "channel breakout," read it as chart geometry unless the sentence clearly means a PipAlert Channel.
