What is Trendline?

A trendline links swing highs or lows and is used for structure, breakouts, and retests.

A trendline connects successive swing highs or lows. In wave work, trendlines help outline diagonals, triangles, and base channels for wave 4 support or resistance.

A common confirmation tactic is a break of the trendline followed by a retest from the other side before entry.

Trendlines are subjective. Prefer Signals whose stop sits beyond a clear swing or rule-based invalidation, not only a hand-drawn line.
